To look at this one of Norway's most famous waterfalls at the top cliff point, you have to drive on the old road, making 125 sharp turns.
And sleeves of the waterfall twisting down through the rocks on the background of swirling mists above the gorges of the Mabodalen ridge.

Там, где петляют водопады

Чтобы взглянуть на этот один из самых знаменитых водопадов Норвегии с верхней точки у обрыва, надо проехать по старой дороге, делающей 125 крутых поворотов.
Да и рукава водопада петляют по крутым скальным склонам на фоне клубящихся туманов над ущельями горного массива Мобедален.

Okay, I know that's not a hard one :) He was fishing there and I had no idea that there might be fish in this marsh.
I think most of you know this place by now, as I love to go there, and had the opportunity to stop for a few minutes last week. It was a cloudy day but that's how I like it.

There's something about mushrooms that always makes me think of magic and fairies. Not seen one yet though... :-(
One of my recent in-camera monochromes with the helios lens, but given a slight creative twist for fun. (Produced by adding coloured pixel layers and using blend ranges to restrict the colours to just the highlights. With a bit of masking to get the colours where I wanted them. [The colours were purposefully kept really subtle, so don't worry if you miss them!] )
This photo goes way back. This is my first meeting with Ghost as a pup. He was nervous and kept watching the door and window for his family. We became great friends and soon he came running up the driveway to greet me when he came to my house but that first day and first time away from family is always a tough one. Soon I became his family too.
