Tulip season! Made using photographic paper as film in 1890 10x8 New Countess Field camera. F11 40s, ISO 3 - lens Dalmeyer Pentac f2.9.

Digitised and toned in Photoshop

This is what I have been trying to achieve! - I’m very pleased to get the large Petzval lens to produce what I had hoped it was capable of - lovely softness and bokeh. On Ilford MG IV glossy paper 7”x5”, developed in Bromophen at standard dilution. Exposed for 11s (ISO 2) F 4.5 illuminated with one LED flood light and one fluorescent studio light.

On Stereoscopy Day the international celebration of the birth of stereoscopic 3-D, the inventor of stereoscopy, British polymath Sir Charles Wheatstone. These three images taken at #clevedoncraftcentre with a

1904 Stereo Hawkeye by the Blair Camera Company. Using single sheets of X-ray film it is easy to make the #stereoscopic images.

Enjoying testing the 1904 Stereo Hawk-Eye by the Blair Camera Company. Using single sheets of X-ray film it is easy to make the #stereoscopic images. Following light leak repairs and the addition of a bubble level. This test too for close focussing accuracy and 3D-effect
