Today, instead of being off somewhere, travelling, I went to see some of a weightlifting competition, the Singapore Open Championships, held at the Toa Payoh Sports Hall, as part of the Validation exercises for the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games.

I only saw the Men +77kg and had to try some sports photography, obviously... :)

He is the one who won the Gold medal.
