A crew laid out, masked and painted these flames over a weekend. The car was rolled out Sunday evening and headed for Wilmington's cruise strip, Avalon Blvd. Then general consensus among those who viewed it that night was that the spray can painters had been "loaded". In the sixties flames had fallen out of favor and the public wasn't ready for something this radical. In other words, the car was ahead of it's time because "Old School" was still a few years away. Nevertheless, it was an interesting and enjoyable exercise at the time. Thanks to Allen Duke for offering up his car!

have a great weekend !

Last weekend I drove down to TN with Charlie to hang out with our friends at the House of StanceWorks, and go to Import Alliance. These are the pictures I took that weekend, not all of them are at the show, so excuse the tags on the images, I got lazy and didn't want to write tags for each picture haha.

Hey guys, some people requested loot pics, so I put them up. Jaco, you're pic will be up later tonight. I will note what is what.

I had a great time at WWB and arrived early at 5:00, not knowing if there would be a line. We were very early and Will let us in. I got my items, and checked out. I had quite a few people laugh at my Honey Badger don't care shirt. I then talked to Will, and we got into a discussion about various things. Later on I asked him about the Halo SMG. He gave me two to look at, and then let me keep them. On saturday I got the rest of my loot, and then looked at the displays. I met Nick Brick, Brickly Blitzkrieg Customs. I saw a bunch of great builds. I will post some pics of what I saw soon. My dad's Iphone is acting weird.

Family Weekend, Oct. 11-13, 2019, brought together undergraduate and graduate students, families and friends to experience the vibrancy of Carnegie Mellon University with more than 60 events.

despite being really sick this weekend, I got a few little projects done for the first time in months; I honest-to-goodness think it made me recover faster. I added a knit waistband to this ebayed skirt so it would be as long as I wanted, and I played with procion for the first time, dying this shirt.

I was a sashaying earth mamma on campus today.

skinny scarf (black with ivory lace-print) wrapped three times and tied - gap (I put my hair up into a braided bun)

brown wool-blend long cardi - halogen, from Buffalo, The Ave, Seattle

T shirt - 5 bucks at a teenybopper store in Santa Barbara, dyed by me (and worth keeping now!)

black wool/nylon maxi skirt - J.Jill, from ebay, with knit bamboo waistband added by me.

chainmaille and pearl bracelet - joint project with my buddy, Joe

ginita boots - gift from the boy

Over the weekend of 16/17 June 1917, Lt. Edmunds and his Canadian colleague (and friend) Lt. Goulding set off on a trek through the hills to the south west of Lahana. Edmunds wrote: "Goulding and self started for Suho on June 16th, missed the path and came down from the hills to Kavka, about 5 hrs south of Suho. Ride on to Grimici and stayed the night there in Turkish house. Rode into Suho next morning and then back to Lahana"

Have a great weekend!

Travelled down to London for Josh's 1st birthday and Khrieu's 36th! Josh had a party in the afternoon, whilst Khrieu had a Chinese Karaoke do in the evening.

We stayed in a club room at the very nice Crowne Plaza London City.

I don't usually eat muffins, but I sure do love them once in a while. A special treat this weekend and a great excuse to buy one for this assignment.
