I spotted this little flower (weed) in my front yard (collection of weeds) and I decided to grab a photo. It was really small, maybe 5mm across but it wasn't until I put it on the computer that I could see how much was going on there, it's a mini world all of its own.

This funky little "weed" was like a carpet on the path where I walk the dogs most days. It kind of smells a bit like pineapple, and looks like it too!

Somehow I suspect this weed in a flooded low spot will survive until the ground dries. Beside The Bradford Creek Greenway in Madison, Alabama

I can't pass up a patch of weeds.

What the heck is this? I took a couple of dozen shots today with my new macro lens. Most are blurred. I have some stuff to learn. .

While also a weed the lovely yellow gold colour of the dandelion is uplifting in this grey time. However, like David Nice I mowed them all down yesterday! Stay sane and safe friends

In the yard, it would be a weed - but in the field it's kind of pretty, makes an interesting photo..

This intense green weed really attracted me to this rock shelf. Apparently it is very seasonal and you only get it at spring.

Took this shot at around 5:45am, sun wasn't up yet. Exposure times were around the 2 min mark (this is a composite of two exposures (not HDR).
