The officiant / minister handles the marriage license but the pretty keepsake certificate is signed after the ceremony by the bride, groom and two witnesses over the age of 18. An Oregon marriage license is $60.00 at the County Clerks office of any county in Oregon. It is valid for 60 days. You must obtain the license at least 3 days prior to the wedding or obtain a "waiver" of the 3 day waiting period. This ceremony was performed by Beverly Mason of Radiant Touch Weddings
