Nikon D800 + Nikkor 24mm f2.8D
The room was far from ideal but it was raining outside so we did whart we could. I never expected to get so much use from the 24mm on this shoot. It was a lifesaver for the small hotel room.
Film photos to come! For this shoot session I used Kodak T-Max 400 in my Nikon F4 :)

Bridal photography with model Harriett last year. Medium format film really just blow my mind at times for detail, lattitude, tones..

It was an amazing honour to photograph Estelle & David's wedding at Winchester Cathedral this week. What a beautiful place.
Having done a bit of reading, marriages are only performed here if a connection to the cathedral can be demonstrated, so quite unique indeed!
On a broader scale, Winchester Cathedral is known for many things:
The burial ground for Jane Austin.
It is the starting point for the St Swithun's Way 34 mile footpath that opened in 2002. "Winchester Cathedral" was also a UK top ten hit song, as well as being US number one in 1966!
And lastly, parts of the cathedral were used to film The Da Vinci Code.
It's unlikely I'll be shooting another wedding here for many years (if ever!) given the above!
