The wedding cake at my daughter's wedding over the weekend. An astonishing arrangement of Lego men doing the plastering. The couple on top match the happy couple's outfits, too.

Finally found who she is :D and actually I was right, she's a Wedding Day doll, her exact name is Wedding Wishes Barbie from 2003 :p
Pale skin tone and soft makeup is really typical when you're talking about a wedding Barbie doll, and I really love it cause it makes the doll looking even better and softer ^^
It's not her original dress and It will probably be impossible to me to find her original outfit as she's an American Collector Barbie so... She will have to be used to wearing that dress :p
I have to redo her bun, now I know how it really looks like, probably going to do that tomorrow as I'm going to Maastricht on the next day which means that I won't have homework for Thursday :p yay :D It will be my first time in Maastricht, I can't wait :p

Shot with the Fuji XE2
Attended a church wedding yesterday and I caught this when the flower girls were waiting for the ceremony to start. Note the shoes... hehe!
For most people, the lighting and capture of this photo would be more than acceptable. I took this with my on-camera Nissin 622 flash tilted at 30 degrees, fully diffused, yet I find it too bright on the subjects. Not much soft shadows to make this one more interesting, but sometimes, clarity has its advantages.
Lens: EFS 18-135 IS
EXIF: f4, 1/160, ISO-800, 28mm, Spot, Flash, Manual, Auto White Balance
Advice & tips on this type of shots are most welcome. :)
Lauren and Guy's beach wedding. 40C heat during the day but we were treated with an amazing sunset at the end of the day.

Dear clients of mine tied the knot at the Allegheny County Courthouse in Pittsburgh. I was honored to have captured their special day. I used Two Sony A77s and a Sony NEX F3 mounted with the Sigma 30mm 1.4. Lighting was huge challenge. But the Bride's glow filled the space with light.

I've been experimenting when I have a few mintues at weddings with ring shots using different lighting and surfaces. I think I like this black surface it give nice sparkles in the background.
