What do the colors mean?
blue: for links (the A tag)
red: for tables (TABLE, TR and TD tags)
green: for the DIV tag
violet: for images (the IMG tag)
yellow: for forms (FORM, INPUT, TEXTAREA, SELECT and OPTION tags)
orange: for linebreaks and blockquotes (BR, P, and BLOCKQUOTE tags)

My organization is the Lexington Music Academy. They teach a variety of music classes, but they specialize in guitar, jazz, and classical ensembles. I chose a graphic that I thought represented all genres of the music they teach.
I used bright colors to stand out and provide a youthful energy to their web page. I also kept the design simple and easy to navigate with plenty of empty space as well as text. I used the same font for the logo as well as the navigation bar to keep the information congruent, but for larger groups of information, I chose a clearer font.
The inside page I chose is for classes offered at the Academy. I used current information from their actual website and provided all accurate information that I could find. I used bullet points instead of sentences to make it easy to read and to find information quickly.

We started to add the content to the still empty site. It concerned numerous pages from the old website and various new pages to revise the site for Phase 2 of the RUAF programme (RUAF-CFF). The large chunk of this work was done by an intern (Michiel Kingma) and the RUAF programme assistant (Marije Pouw).
