Personal Comments: One of my favorites in the collection. A soft grey-based blue with added gold shimmer. The blue in this shade is muted and the added highlight almost looks like a shadow effect. The grey comes out more in different lights. Applied over Urban Decay Primer Potion and Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. This picture was taken outside in natural light.
