1° GIORNO:
Arrivo della Vostra comitiva nel pomeriggio sul lago di Bolsena con la visita della
cittadina e del suo bellissimo lago. Proseguimento per Montefiascone, cittadina in
bella posizione sull'alto di un colle dominante il lago di Bolsena;
lungo la via Cassia; è famosa per il suo vino, da visitare: la cantina sociale, la Chiesa
di San Margherita e la Chiesa di san Flaviano. Partenza per Bolsena e sistemazione
in hotel, cena e pernottamento.
2° GIORNO:
Prima colazione in hotel e partenza per Orvieto: "la rupe di tufo biondo si alza a
scogliera, precipite sulla verde valle del Paglia. Isola del tempo, ora, come forse in
remotissimi tempi fu un isola di un golfo tirrenico, regge la città, che si presenta al
visitatore l'illusione ottica di un paese non costruito, ma scavato nella terra.
Visita della stupenda cittadina: la Piazza Cahen, il Pozzo di San Patrizio, la Piazza
del Duomo, il Palazzo Soliano, il Museo Archeologico Nazionale e la Piazza della
Repubblica. Pranzo in un caratteristico ristorante. Pomeriggio trasferimento a Civita
di Bagnoregio, "la città che muore", borgo arroccato su un colle tufaceo nel mezzo
di una vallata di argille franose che cede lentamente al logorio del tempo. Rientro in
hotel, cena e pernottamento.
3° GIORNO:
Prima colazione in hotel, mattinata partenza per la visita di Tarquinia: pittoresca
cittadina del Lazio settentrionale, sopra un colle vista del mare, lungo la via Aurelia;
ricca di monumenti medioevali, è soprattutto famosa per la sua
necropoli etrusche. Partenza per Vulci e pranzo al Casale dell'osteria (tipico ristorante
di campagna). Nel pomeriggio visita di Vulci della sua vasta area archeologica che
comprende il Museo Nazionale, la Necropoli Etrusca e la Civita. Proseguimento per
Tuscania, pittoresca cittadina, posta sopra un ripiano tufaceo, tra profondi burroni,
c'è da visitare: la Chiesa di S. Maria Maggiore, il Museo Archeologico, la Necropoli
Etrusca., Rientro in hotel, cena e pernottamento.
4° GIORNO:
Prima colazione in hotel, mattina visita della città di Viterbo, antica città dei papi; da
visitare: il Palazzo dei Priori, la Chiesa del Gesù, il Duomo, il Palazzo Papale e il
quartiere medievale di San Pellegrino, caratteristico per le abitazioni più antiche della
città decorate con arcate, logge e scalinate esterne ed ogni angolo negozi di antiquariato,
la Chiesa di San Francesco e le tombe dei Papi, il Museo Rocca Albornoz. Rientro in
hotel e pranzo.

Holy crap! I have died and gone to heaven. There was a transporter malfunction and now I'm in bizarro Pacman land, where every thing is reversed. In bizarro Pacman land, Macs are great gaming machines and Portal 2 is being released simultaneously for the Mac.
No, wait, it isn't a dream, this was actually announced today! I mean, this news couldn't be more perfect if I had made it up myself! All Valve games will work cross platform. That means that Mac and PC players will play together on the same server. And Valve did NATIVE ports, no emulation. Also, I won't have to rebuy my games. If you already own the PC versions, you just download and play. I mean, how cool is that? I love Valve. I FREAKING LOVE VALVE.
Team Fortress 2 was literally the only reason I used boot camp. In fact, my RC version is well past it's expiration date and as such, I was really worried about having to buy a legit version of Windows 7. Looks like that won't be a problem now and I get to reclaim about 60 gigabytes of precious hard drive space.
Man, this news couldn't come at a better time. I can now say good bye to Windows forever. Anyway, here's the press release.
VALVE TO DELIVER STEAM & SOURCE ON MAC
Leading Gaming Service Expands to Mac Platform
March 8, 2010 - Valve announced today it will bring Steam, Valve's gaming service, and Source, Valve's gaming engine, to the Mac.
Steam and Valve's library of games including Left 4 Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike, Portal, and the Half-Life series will be available in April.
"As we transition from entertainment as a product to entertainment as a service, customers and developers need open, high-quality Internet clients," said Gabe Newell, President of Valve. "The Mac is a great platform for entertainment services."
"Our Steam partners, who are delivering over a thousand games to 25 million Steam clients, are very excited about adding support for the Mac," said Jason Holtman, Director of Business Development at Valve. "Steamworks for the Mac supports all of the Steamworks APIs, and we have added a new feature, called Steam Play, which allows customers who purchase the product for the Mac or Windows to play on the other platform free of charge. For example, Steam Play, in combination with the Steam Cloud, allows a gamer playing on their work PC to go home and pick up playing the same game at the same point on their home Mac. We expect most developers and publishers to take advantage of Steam Play."
"We looked at a variety of methods to get our games onto the Mac and in the end decided to go with native versions rather than emulation," said John Cook, Director of Steam Development. "The inclusion of WebKit into Steam, and of OpenGL into Source gives us a lot of flexibility in how we move these technologies forward. We are treating the Mac as a tier-1 platform so all of our future games will release simultaneously on Windows, Mac, and the Xbox 360. Updates for the Mac will be available simultaneously with the Windows updates. Furthermore, Mac and Windows players will be part of the same multiplayer universe, sharing servers, lobbies, and so forth. We fully support a heterogeneous mix of servers and clients. The first Mac Steam client will be the new generation currently in beta testing on Windows."
Portal 2 will be Valve's first simultaneous release for Mac and Windows.
"Checking in code produces a PC build and Mac build at the same time, automatically, so the two platforms are perfectly in lock-step," said Josh Weier, Portal 2 Project Lead. "We're always playing a native version on the Mac right alongside the PC. This makes it very easy for us and for anyone using Source to do game development for the Mac.

I totally have a thing for roasted Brussels sprouts. Like, a real love thing.
The trend of roasting them has most likely changed the way people regard Brussels sprouts more than any one food trend that I can think of (even avocados on toast haha!). Most of us grew up with parents that steamed the ever lovin’ heck out of Brussels sprouts and while I will eat these guys any way that I can, roasting Brussels sprouts has made people discover that they can actually enjoy them.
Sorry Moms and Dads of the 70’s and 80’s, you know it’s true. Steamed Brussels sprouts were never really that good.
Roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon almost guarantee that everyone will eat them, and the lemon in these is so refreshing. Speaking of which, if you haven’t tried out lemon olive yet, put it on your shopping list.
Lemon olive oil on ricotta cheese on a piece of crusty bread = heaven on earth.
Not to mention that lemon infused olive oil is fantastic to cook with!

Fabulously easy and delicious Lemon Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts !
Ingredients
1.5 lbs of Brussels sprouts, washed, trimmed and cut in half
6 slices of thick cut bacon
2-3 tbsp lemon olive oil ( or regular, use 1 tbsp of lemon juice to flavour)
1 large lemon, sliced in pieces
2-3 tbsp Parmesan flakes
sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F.
Toss the first four ingredients together and spread out over a large baking sheet.
Bake in the oven until the Brussel sprouts are crispy and browned on the outside.
Remove and garnish with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!

1° GIORNO, 6 dicembre:
Arrivo a Rieti per il pranzo.
Sistemazione in hotel. Nel primo pomeriggio visita guidata della città di Rieti alla
scoperta dei monumenti più significativi quali la Cattedrale di Santa Maria con la
sottostante cripta e il palazzo papale, piazza San Rufo considerata l'ombelico d'Italia
e la Via Roma, l'antica Via Salaria, con i suoi bei palazzi patrizi tra cui spicca Palazzo
Vecchiarelli disegnato dall'architetto Carlo Maderno. Proseguimento della visita nella Rieti
Sotterranea che ingloba i resti del viadotto romano fatto costruire per evitare
l’impaludamento della via Salaria, l’antica via del sale. Questo poderoso manufatto
permetteva alla consolare di entrare in città, assumendo così un ruolo d’estrema
importanza per la Reate romana che necessitava di un diretto collegamento con
L’Urbe. La struttura rintracciabile nei sotterranei di alcune nobili dimore è formata
da grandiosi fornici di calcare a sostegno del piano stradale. La visita
si concluderà presso il museo archeologico dei Sabini per conoscere la vita, la morte,
le tradizioni di questa antica popolazione. Cena e pernottamento in hotel.
2° GIORNO, 7 dicembre:
Dopo la prima colazione partenza per il santuario di Greccio, dove il “poverello” di
Assisi nella notte di Natale del 1223 realizzò il primo presepe vivente della storia
riproponendo la natività di Betlemme. Visita del santuario e sosta davanti alla Sacra
Grotta. Sguardo panoramico della sottostante Valle Santa, una delle più interessanti
d'Europa per la sua particolare architettura del paesaggio. Visita della galleria dei presepi.
Passeggiata tra i banchi del mercatino di Natale di Greccio. Pranzo in trattoria per la
degustazione di piatti tipici della gastronomia locale. Proseguimento verso il santuario
di Fonte Colombo meglio conosciuto come "Sinai Francescano" poichè il Santo scrisse
in questo luogo la regola definitiva dell'Ordine ratificata con bolla papale da Papa
Onorio III° e subì una delicata operazione agli occhi da parte di un oculista di Rieti e dei
medici della corte pontificia a seguito del papa. Visita della Chiesina della Maddalena e
della stanza degli operazione agli occhi. Cena e pernottamento in hotel.
3° GIORNO, 8 dicembre:
Dopo la prima colazione, partenza per il santuario di Poggio Bustone, il paesino della
buona gente. San Francesco arrivando in loco per la prima volta nel 1208 salutò gli
abitanti con il famoso "Buongiorno buona gente". Più tardi presso la chiesina di San
Giacomo gli
apparve il Signore comunicandogli che i suoi frati novelli apostoli si sarebbero
moltiplicati e nella contemplazione divina gli vennero rimessi tutti i peccati.
Proseguimento per il paesino di Labro, borgo medievale estremamente interessante,
che si affaccia sul lago di Piediluco. Passeggiata per gli stretti vicoli alla scoperta
degli angoli più suggestivi per ammirare il paesaggio sottostante. Pranzo in zona.
Nel primo pomeriggio partenza per la visita dell'Imperiale Abbazia di Farfa, centro
monastico e faro culturale del Medioevo europeo. Potentissima durante il periodo
carolingio, venne visitata da Carlo Magno che vi sostò alcune settimane prima di
essere incoronato in Campidoglio a Roma. Visita e passeggiata per il borgo alla
scoperta delle botteghe artigiane specializzate nella lavorazione dei tessuti a telaio.
Rientro in hotel, cena e pernottamento.
4° GIORNO, 9 dicembre:
Dopo la prima colazione partenza per il proseguimento del viaggio per il rientro.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Dosome cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Now just create some good meals-nothing limits you but your imagination! You've got all the goodies to do it.You can make your dinners ahead of time,put in ziploc bags or individual serving trays and freeze for convenience.For instance, I usually cook a couple of bags of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts and freeze some,chop some up to make chicken salad and cube some for chicken soup. Be creative and you can be eating healthy and losing weight in no time! And don't forget to walk! Good luck.Most recently I was on Nutrisystem from Sept 2007 thru April 2008. I started at 250 lbs with a goal to get below 180. I reached that goal a few weeks ago following the Nutrisystem program very closely. So for me it really worked. Now I'm following their maintenance guidelines and trying to lose a few more pounds with real food and that's worked so far too, I'm 3 pounds below my Nutrisystem goal.They have lots of discussion boards for members and I've seen people who have been even more successful than me and others who have not been nearly as successful. So unfortunately, your own individual mileage may vary.I suggest you consider the factors that personally have made you gain weight and/or fail to lose it.....Since Nutrisystem provides the vast majority of the food you should eat while on the program, if making food selections and the portion sizes have been a problem for you, I'd say Nutrisystem is good. If you are comfortable with online communities and forums and you've struggled not having people to share your journey, help and support you on the way, Nutrisystem is good. I've been supporting and getting support from alot of people there who are trying to do the same thing as I am (and others who are helping based on their past success).The structure was very key for me. I knew exactly what I could and could not have to be following the program (and always had the food in the house so I couldnt justify a fast food stop because there was nothing to make in the house). But the structure will only help if you are committed to following what the structure tells you to do. If you cant resist the temptations to cheat, then just doing any program wont work (cause if you cheat, you are not really doing it). OK, you can cheat once in a blue moon, but not often and you have to get right back to the program quickly so you dont fall into old bad habits.

1° GIORNO:
Arrivo della Vostra comitiva nel pomeriggio sul lago di Bolsena con la visita della
cittadina e del suo bellissimo lago. Proseguimento per Montefiascone, cittadina in
bella posizione sull'alto di un colle dominante il lago di Bolsena;
lungo la via Cassia; è famosa per il suo vino, da visitare: la cantina sociale, la Chiesa
di San Margherita e la Chiesa di san Flaviano. Partenza per Bolsena e sistemazione
in hotel, cena e pernottamento.
2° GIORNO:
Prima colazione in hotel e partenza per Orvieto: "la rupe di tufo biondo si alza a
scogliera, precipite sulla verde valle del Paglia. Isola del tempo, ora, come forse in
remotissimi tempi fu un isola di un golfo tirrenico, regge la città, che si presenta al
visitatore l'illusione ottica di un paese non costruito, ma scavato nella terra.
Visita della stupenda cittadina: la Piazza Cahen, il Pozzo di San Patrizio, la Piazza
del Duomo, il Palazzo Soliano, il Museo Archeologico Nazionale e la Piazza della
Repubblica. Pranzo in un caratteristico ristorante. Pomeriggio trasferimento a Civita
di Bagnoregio, "la città che muore", borgo arroccato su un colle tufaceo nel mezzo
di una vallata di argille franose che cede lentamente al logorio del tempo. Rientro in
hotel, cena e pernottamento.
3° GIORNO:
Prima colazione in hotel, mattinata partenza per la visita di Tarquinia: pittoresca
cittadina del Lazio settentrionale, sopra un colle vista del mare, lungo la via Aurelia;
ricca di monumenti medioevali, è soprattutto famosa per la sua
necropoli etrusche. Partenza per Vulci e pranzo al Casale dell'osteria (tipico ristorante
di campagna). Nel pomeriggio visita di Vulci della sua vasta area archeologica che
comprende il Museo Nazionale, la Necropoli Etrusca e la Civita. Proseguimento per
Tuscania, pittoresca cittadina, posta sopra un ripiano tufaceo, tra profondi burroni,
c'è da visitare: la Chiesa di S. Maria Maggiore, il Museo Archeologico, la Necropoli
Etrusca., Rientro in hotel, cena e pernottamento.
4° GIORNO:
Prima colazione in hotel, mattina visita della città di Viterbo, antica città dei papi; da
visitare: il Palazzo dei Priori, la Chiesa del Gesù, il Duomo, il Palazzo Papale e il
quartiere medievale di San Pellegrino, caratteristico per le abitazioni più antiche della
città decorate con arcate, logge e scalinate esterne ed ogni angolo negozi di antiquariato,
la Chiesa di San Francesco e le tombe dei Papi, il Museo Rocca Albornoz. Rientro in
hotel e pranzo.
