Es gibt Orte, die bleiben mir stets in Erinnerung. Mit denen verbindet man unerreicht schöne Begegnungen. Das damals Genossene wird in Folge dessen gern auch zum Lieblingsessen erkoren. Sowas passiert ziemlich selten und ereignete sich für mich in der Brasserie Colette in München. Hier habe ich einen ziemlich perfekten Tag mit der bestmöglichen Gesellschaft überhaupt ausklingen lassen. Daher war es für mich seitdem ein Bedürfnis, der Brasserie Colette, die es ebenso in Berlin als auch in Konstanz gibt, erneut einen Besuch abzustatten, um dort einmal im Rahmen der Berlin Chef Stories hinter die Kulissen zu blicken. Natürlich folgt für mich aufgrund der Nähe erstmal ein Besuch in der Hauptstadt.

Als Beispiel für euch habe ich mich heute mit einem einzigartigen Blauschimmelkäse Saint Agur auseinandergesetzt.

Zu diesem Getränk fällt mir eigentlich nur ein passendes Sprichwort ein: “Oldie but Goldie”. Der Eierlikör ist wohl eines der momentanen Trendgetränke. Oder vielleicht eben auch nicht, weil er nie weg war und daher es selten zelebriert wird, dass es ihn überhaupt gibt. Doch die Wenigsten ziehen es vor, ihn einmal selbst herzustellen. Dafür muss man ihn vorsichtig unter Rühren erhitzen und so “zur Rose abziehen”. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Mit dem Vitamix A3500i ist das kein Problem.
