Dr. Kingsley: From the size and shape of the pelvis, I would say we are looking at a male. And the growth plates suggest a teenager. The shape of the cranium, the slope of nasal bones and the width of the nasal cavity suggest European ancestry. We have to examine all the bones and teeth back at the lab to get an accurate age, how long he’d been in the Colonies and what might have killed him.
The Secret in the Cellar is a Webcomic that allows online sleuths to investigate the life and death of a teenage indentured servant. Using graphics, photos, and online activities the Webcomic explores the forensic clues that bring the deceased to life and establish the cause of death.

Yayness! New Character! A while ago I became entranced by Penny Arcade, Dr. McNinja and a few other Webcomics, so I decided I'd try and start my own. I've got the first hundred or so strips ready, now I've just gotta color em' and make a site...curses! That's why you may notice if I upload any more of these that they markings on them such as 'blue' or 'Pale White Flesh' cos they're instructions on coloring the characters.
This is essentially a preview of the whole thing.
So anyway, here's the story, Shark Finnigan is your basic stupid over musculer space hero. He lives in the Hamill Quadrant working for the Space Heroes Corps against villains like Lord Slaughter and the penguin-like Gowills. He is joined by his cyborg friend Carl Smith, an office guy who is forced into the field due to budget cuts.
Also in the cast are Squid McKenzie, a super smart pilot who once came to work dressed as a Squid because she saw that Shark was dressed as a Shark. Exodus is a godling with questionable abilities and the source of Squids super intelligence (they 'dated' once).
And then there's one of my personal faves, Private Archer. One of the Trojan Elite. During the Battle of Guiness, Archer was briefly captured and lobotomised. He is virtually the same as before, but his intelligence has been diminished greatly and he is prone to hallucinate that Cthulhu is stealing his cornflakes, hence we have this event here.
There's a shitload of other characters, such as Jack Pumps, Biceps and Steve Redman, Zoe NcZarph, 42 and 51, Bubba Ganush, Slash Gordon, and Garth the Stoner, but I don't feel like ruining their introductions here.
Have a nice day, and as Shark Finnigan would say, 'I can benchpress a humpback whale, what can you benchpress?'
...Okay, actually that dosn't make a very good send off. Never mind.
I've been doing a fair bit of webcomicing at demophon.tumblr.com/ lately. I'm going to take a little break from it for a spell though. Have a look if you're interested. There's even a Halloween special up there =) Happy Halloween!
