Did a guest strip for my pal (and former assistant) C. Edwards on his webcomic . The strip is considered for "mature" readers, so please be advised.
The storyline that I drew is not mature, more like PG-13. But the rest of the comic, well, you get the idea.
This is the second strip for the week. Last one coming up soon.
By the way, Mr. Edwards wrote the scripts for this spinoff I'm drawing. He said that there's no way he'd get away with such a corny gag at the end of this one if it weren't for the cheesy tv sitcom scenario he's created for Errol.

I've run into these women at a few Dallas Comic Cons and found them to be wonderfully delightful costumers, fun to talk to, and fun to take pictures of and with.
Most of the time I'm fine and really enjoy working on my comic. Other times, I just can't get the lines right and ARGH!
Then this happens.
Also (for the humour-deprived): this is a joke. :P

I have started a new Webcomic, about 2 weeks ago....so far so good. Here is some drawing before I scanned it in and placed it where it all needed to go.
My process so far has been, draw at lunch with blue pencil and ink with a sharpie pen. At home I scan in and place text, balloons and characters on my panels.

This is the first strip for the week. Recognize the house? I used Mary Richard's first dwelling as reference - makes sense because Terry & Errol are moving into a house with multiple tenants. Oh! The craziness!
Webcomic of real life events that I drew over christmas when I had plague and was trying to drown myself in ginger wine... The cat's name is "suki" and all the spelling is deliberate.
Wah wah wahhhh! The conclusion to my guest strip for the week over at . Again, the rest of the webcomic is considered for "mature readers", so keep that in mind.
C. Edwards, who writes and draws Abel Boddy, wrote the storyline here, which ends with Errol consulting his Magic Mirror, a la Doogie Howser & his computer or Blossom with her mirror at the end of each episode. So cheesy, and yet, so perfect.
