Mes 180 photos précédentes relatent les deux jours de la Conférence LeWeb3 qui a fait coulé beaucoup d'entre et que j'ai personnellement beaucoup apprécié. On entend toujours plus la minorité contestataire que la majorité silencieuse.
Ceci étant dit, le moment le plus fort a été la participation du Prix Nobel de la Paix, Shimon Peres qui très humblement et simplement, avec une compréhension réelle du monde de l'Internet, a remis en perspective la technologie en général par rapport aux problèmes planétaires. Une grande leçon qui marque !
Je finirai par l'anedocte qu'il a cité, qu'un instituteur africain musulman lui a raconté et qui résume le ton globale de son intervention.
- Two students and a rabbi discuss about this critical issue : when does the night finish, when does the day begin. The student says : when you can distinguish between a goat and a lamb, maybe the night is over. The second student says when you can distinguish between a figue tree and an olive tree, maybe the day begins. The rabbi gets quiet and after a while and says : if you meet a person, rich or poor and you say you're my brother, when you reach a women, black or white and you say you're my sister, then the night is over, the day begins.

My first mesh for the Mesh open Beta in Second Life. A floating landscape generated with blenders metasurfaces and displacement maps. The bonfires do not belong to the mesh.
36446 Triangles, taking up 253 prims inworld, 8 submeshes with a custom baked texture for each.
I was not aware of the new 64 meters size constraint when i created this one, it was planned to take up the space of a quarter of a simulator, but the next version will be split into several meshes to achieve this
Chris is a freakin' genius. I cracked up so hard when I saw this, my roommates thought I was crying.
