The encore cover of "Enjoy the Silence" didn't go over quite as well as they might have wanted, but it was still fun.
Weapons of mass distortion. This was inspired by one of the photo inspiration cards. The actual card was "the most valuable thing you own". While my guitar and amp certainly aren't the most monetarily valuable things I own, they certainly have a ton of sentimental value and countless memories tied to them. They don't get much use these days as I haven't played in a band in a decade but having them around my space is something I love. The skateboard also doesn't get much use these days but does fit here as a look back into my late teens/early 20s.
A tradition of displaying British military strength by creating trophies from masses of weapons has long existed at the Tower. Building on the tradition of trophies, this new dragon has been constructed using objects such as muskets, pistols, swords, ....even cannons and coins, from the various collections within the Tower.

These are cannons used by the maratha warriors, supposed to be held in the hands. Except the one at the base, that one was used to break stones/ rock (in the fort).
Weapons attach at any of the 4 points on the Mark VI armor, 2 hip points, 1 front leg point, and 1 back point. each weapon can attach because of concealed micro earth magnets. weapons strongly attract with other carefully placed magnets in the core of the spartan armor, making the attachment points completely invisible.

Every year, the 644th RSG conducts qualification on assigned weapons. This year during the mobilization at Fort Bliss, TX, Soldiers are qualifying on the 9mm Pistol - new to some Soldiers, but a great experience nonetheless and all have qualified!
Each week, a group of Soldiers travel to the 9mm range near McGregor. And remember it is still around 50 degrees in the morning! The qualification consists of some round for familiarization prior to the qualification. Then the qualification kicks off, with practice changing magazines and includes movement toward the targets. This is a key Soldier task that everyone must complete annually.
At first this sign disturbed me a little. But on reflection I had to admire whoever wrote the add-on. It equates channel-locks and hammers with firearms, and rightly so when in the wrong hands.
