The Carnival Magic‘s onboard waterpark is backlit by the rising sun just off the coast of Freeport, Bahamas.
More from my short trip on Sunday to a hidden creek carved out of the Catoctin Mountins. Conditions were pretty awful but I ended up getting about 20 shots in between it got dark. Returned today and spent 3 hours there in the rain and fog. It was pretty amazing.

Run of drainage piping along Highway 10 between Cle Elum and Ellensburg, This is a pretty good length of it, bookended by collapsed sections and pieces that have fallen to the hill just below it.
Somewhere in Oklahoma
This was not near a town, but seemed to be near an area where canoeing and rafting were popular. I think it might have been by the Arkansas River.
Rushing around like a madman, will be making the rounds throughout the evening to catch back up with everybody. Happily back with my camera!! :-)))
There is another WaterSlide below, could not make up my mind, let somebody else break the tie, still not sure myself. I have so many of these, my mind starts to get a little crazy when I look at any of them.

Seal Island
is a small land mass located 5.7 kilometres (3.5 miles) off the northern beaches of False Bay, near Cape Town, in South Africa.
The island is so named because of the great number of Cape fur seals that occupy it.

Always passing this very ugly structure when i do my morningwalks. Certainly looks a hole lot better in some extreme HDR processing.
A clear hydrotube makes a ride on Disney's Aquaduck (aboard the Disney Dream) a unique experience--the more scenic your destination, the more exhilirating your ride on the slide. The waterslide has some zippy parts and a rollercoaster feature where you drop and are shot back up again by jets, but the real feature is 2 long stretches which gently run the length of the ship and allow you to peer out over the Caribbean sea (or wherever you may be.) In addition to being the main attraction aboard the Dream, it also makes spending time on deck all the more fun as happy sliders are whizzing overhead few seconds.
When my wife an I took our cruise on the Dream, I suspected the lines may be long, so we boarded the ship with a carry-on which held all our swim gear. When we got on board and everyone was waiting to have their staterooms readied for them, we changed in the pool restrooms and got straight on the slide. (We weren't the only ones, there were about five or six other couples/families who had the same idea. But with the tiem it takes to walk back up the stairs, the longest line we had to wait in was about two-persons long.) We rode the Duck six times in a row without any real wait and we were glad--just hours later there was a 20-minute line for the slide which pretty much held up for the duration of the cruise.
This is a 3 exposure HDR processed in Photomatix (Detail Enhancer) and tweaked in ACR and photoshop. (+/- 1.3 EV)
