One biggest water facilities made by man on the balkans. Three villages were barried under it with the houses. When the water level is low there is a church that could be seen on one end. During winter its place for some birds that are trying to survive.
After almost 3 months of winter season, we finally got snow! I was waiting for this snow since November and I am so glad I managed to take some images during a short winter walk on the hills near my town - Montana, in Bulgaria.
This is Kassi Mosose Sesay from Gida, nothern Sierra Leone. He is the leader of the farming community in his village and was quite happy to talk to us about the new build water pump. He told us that less people become ill because now they have access to safe and clean water. This wasn't the case untill recent, when it was common that people got malaria, cholera and other water related diseases often.
