This was high up near the ridge of An Teallach in the hot sun, feeling totally wasted, but also totally ecstatic, as it was so perfect. The frozen cliffs were warming up and lumps of ice were clanking and crashing down making eerie sounds, my only companions. The frozen loch Toll an Lochain was still held in an icy grip. For once I'd made a good decision, to leave the heavy rucksack and tripod behind and press on with just camera ice axe and a spare lens in my fleece pocket! Song is Wasted by Brandi Carlisle, but in a really good way!

I’m looking forward to 2015 & more landscape photography. This time I'm thinking ahead to what my next journey is going to be, both literally and figuratively. I want to be more focus and concentrate on the specific photos rather than running around and wasting time taking shots of everywhere I do. Also I am looking for new companions to share my experience and my talents.
I want to improve my collection of landscape photography and wishing to expand my travel plans to seek for new places. Therefore, I want to concentrate on my skills and my creative drive for this year. I am fortunate to see the beauty in the simplicity of light and nature, and I'm able to use that vision to create photos in my own style. Creativity is a talent that needs to be shared able to gain confidences and inspiration for the next journey. My goal this year is to aspire other upcoming landscape photographers and share my experiences and journey with them.

This old farmhouse is located in the Green Lake County countryside east of Princeton, Wisconsin. There's also a broken down barn on the property and it's for sale!

THE WAR ON WASTE...please People, help relieve landfill by using a reusable mug. Takeaway mugs are not recyclable because of the plastic lining so it all goes to landfill...millions of tonnes of it....this mug came from Officeworks...BPA free white plastic, has the green band so that you can hold it while hot. There are many more in various stores.
This mug is an 8oz size, not too big to carry with you in case you feel like a takeaway coffee...many bistros are happy to give a discount.
