When the river level is high, there is a one-meter wide jetty in the river that makes for the perfect platform for this view. I am sure local photographers know it well â I found it on Google and then explored my way there.
The view from the observation deck on the 30th floor of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw to the city towards the south.

Il a été créé en 1714roku pour le Maréchal Joseph Wandalin Mniszch. Il a passé par de nombreuses mains, comme la famille de Potocki et compositeur Ernest Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann.Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, il abritait un hôpital maltais. Aujourd'hui c'est la résidence de l'Ambassade de Belgique.
It was created in 1714roku for the Crown Marshal Joseph Wandalin Mniszch. Passed through many hands, as the family of Potocki and composer Ernest Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann.W during World War II it housed a Maltese hospital. Today it houses the Belgian Embassy.
Powstał w 1714roku dla marszałka koronnego Józefa Wandalina Mniszcha. Przechodzil przez wiele rak, jak rodzina Potockich czy kompozytor Ernest Teodor Amadeusz Hoffmann.W czasie II Wojny Swiatowej mieścił się tu Szpital maltański. Dziś mieści się tu Ambasada Belgijska.
