The color of the lake changes as light from the sun is reflected through out the day. The lake comes from the formation of craters on the Dieng Plateau.
Surrounding lakes has water so calm, almost like a huge reflection mirror. Semar cave is 4 meter long and a popular place for meditation. Other caves include: Jaran cave, Pengantin cave, and Sumur cave (contains sacred spring)
Dieng comes from the word "Di" which means high place or mountain, and "(eng)/Hyang" which means heaven. Therefore Dieng means “the high place of the gods”. At an elevation of 2.000 meter above sea level, it is filled with remains of ancient Hindu temples. Visitors can also experience real volcanic creater complete with the strong odor of sulfur.

07 126 hat auf ihrer Fahrt von Kardam nach Warna soeben einen Zwischenhalt in Dobrich eingelegt. Das imposante und mittlerweile überdimensionierte Empfangsgebäude strahlt mit seiner Bahnsteigüberdachung noch den Charme vergangener Tage aus.

Telaga Warna Dieng est une attraction touristique du plateau de Dieng , dans la régence de Wonosobo , dans le centre de Java .
Le nom Telaga Warna lui-même a été donné en raison du phénomène naturel unique qui se produit à cet endroit, à savoir la couleur de l'eau du lac qui change souvent. Parfois, ce lac est vert et jaune ou coloré comme un arc-en-ciel . Ce phénomène se produit parce que l'eau du lac contient du soufre qui est suffisamment haut pour que, lorsque la lumière du soleil la frappe, la couleur de l'eau du lac soit colorée.
Telaga Warna est situé à une altitude de 2000 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer et est entouré de hautes collines.
Il est également très utile pour la communauté environnante. Ils utilisent l'eau pour irriguer les cultures de pommes de terre, qui sont la principale marchandise dans cette région.

Zwei Zugpaare fahren tagtäglich mit Loks der BDZ-Baureihe 07 nach Dobrich. Dabei handelt es sich jeweils um einen Reisezugwagen und einen Liegewagen. Auf dem Bild sieht man 07 106 mit R 28203 Dobrich - Warna am Haltepunkt General Kiselovo .

The rainy season surrounding Jakarta areas just like almost all areas in Indonesia and this has occurred since the last few months. I took this photo using a pocket camera Canon IXUS-S85 when I was on my road trip from Jakarta to Bogor city through the Toll road of Jagorawi. The trip takes 40 minutes to arrive at the destination.
This was my lucky day, because no jam here...

The slum Kampung Jodipan has become a tourist destination – a must visit destination in Malang. It may not offer many activities like other locations, but Kampung Warna Warni Jodipan is really photogenic, and it is kind of rare to see colorful places in Indonesia. The residents at Kampung Jodipan are also now keeping the village clean and tourist-friendly. The village is facilitated with many trash bins, not only for tourists but also for the residents. A number of public toilets are also built in the village to be used by the residents. Parking lot is also available for the tourists.
