In the year 2137, humanity sucessfully stablished colonies in Europa, one of Jupiter moons. But soon a global war ecloded on Earth causing communications and supplies shortage in the colonies. Stranded, Europa settlers struggled to survive. One of the factions created in the turmoil, the New Europa Order Syndicate (NEOS), gained upper hand and reclaimed Europa government.
