Actually there are a couple learnings in this. The warehouse apparently was built and then added on. In addition, one of the ghost signs advertises J. Kennard and Sons which was a carpet business in Saint Louis starting in the very early 20th century. This building has been abandoned for a long time. It was inevitable that it would fall victim to a fire. Thanks for your interest.
The back and side walls are mirrors making the scene appear much larger than 48x32 studs. The Indy warehouse is my largest custom sticker project as of 2013. Over 60 custom stickers are used for crates representing nearly every known conspiracy theory. See the crate details:

Southbound CTRailtrain 4407 headed south on Amtrak's Springfield Line main near MP 50 crossing the Connecticut River on the Warehouse Point Bridge from the town of Enfield into Windsor Locks. The 1470 ft long double track bridge (though only one track is in service) dates from 1903 when the circa 1866 iron bridge was rebuilt by the New Haven Railroad, but even that structure was the second one on the site replacing a wooden Howe truss that first crossed here in 1843 by NH predecessor Hartford and Springfield Railroad.
Leading the train is P40DC 6708 an ex AMTK 812 blt. Jun 1993 and later sold to New Jersey Transit in 2007 for Atlantic City Line service as their number 4800. Eight years later she was sold to ConnDOT and in 2022 was overhauled and repainted by Amtrak's Beech Grove, IN shop. She is trailed by a set of three stainless steel Mafersa coaches built in Brazil in 1992 for VRE and sold to CDOT in 2004.

The Tobacco Warehouse and Brooklyn Bridge

The Tobacco Warehouse, originally built by the Lorillard family, sits on the upland of Empire-Fulton Ferry Park, just north of the Brooklyn Bridge, and just south of the Empire Stores. Together, these landmark 19th century warehouses are vivid reminders of the shipping activity that once defined the downtown Brooklyn waterfront.
Constructed in the 1870s as a tobacco customs inspection center, and saved from demolition in 1998, the roofless rooms of the Tobacco Warehouse provide one of the most compelling public spaces in Brooklyn Bridge Park. The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation repaired and stabilized the warehouse in 2002.
The total size of the warehouse is approximately 25,000 square feet, offering an 18,000 square-foot, column-free footprint.
Each first Friday, Warehouse 416 opens a new art show in conjunction with The Oakland Art Murmur. If interested in submitting work to show at Warehouse 416, you can email the gallery curator at info@warehouse416.com. Otherwise, you can rent the indoor courtyard area for events such as birthday parties, holiday parties, and other kinds of parties; but only as long as it is a party.
