they don't need expensive cameras. Most mediocres settle for good cams to compensate disabilities... :-(

Using my Christmas lights draped over my wall clock in the spare room. Just trying something different with my photography until the dark nights have pulled out. For this image the only light in the room is from the white Xmas lights and a little fill-in light from my phone on the face of the clock. The wallpaper is homage to my love of books. I have hundreds of books - although I need to find time to read them all and not just look at them on the shelves.

A bit of messing around with some long exposure. Then into photoshop for a spot of blending. All because of the terrible wet weather outside.
A solitary watch repairman works on a customer's timepiece amidst the wall and table clocks in his shop.
This is a panoramic shot of the rustic and very cramped Singwa watch store, which has been around since the late 1980s.
Watch repairing is sadly a dying profession today. Many of the skilled horological technicians of the past have either retired or passed on, while few young people are interested in the art of watch repair.
