😍 HaPpY CrAzY Tuesday 😍
And for Tree-mendous Tuesday. HTmT everyone!
And for Our Daily Challenge: Walking on Sunshine. I walked around this reservoir on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon.
This decommissioned reservoir with it's gatehouse is on the National Register of Historic Places.
I'd like to say we were up early to catch the sunrise....but that's not true. It was a lazy morning with enough time for bacon and eggs. Afterwards, we could not ignore a sunny day with freshly fallen snow. A walk was in order. Once on the trail, seeing morning sunlight on the path ahead reminded me of a song by Katrina And The Waves, Walking On Sunshine. It was such a grand day that we spent most of it outside.
"I know, I know," says this 'Brill', "I can't walk on sunshine, but it sure feels like it !!!!" ;-))
"Let's dance, I'm also the last fish in this little origami fish - series! Do you know this song Walking On Sunshine by Katrina & The Waves - (1985)
Wishing you all a crazy Tuesday."
"Oh, before I forget, Marjan is back ;-)"

The hottest day of the year with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius and I headed for the sea shore for sunset at Knott End on the Fylde Coast.
I had seen this statue of L.S. Lowry on a previous visit in the winter and thought it would make a good sunset shot in summer. So here I was.
Apparently Lowry visited Knott End frequently between the 1940's and 50's staying at boarding houses on the sea front. He became a familiar figure with the locals making sketches of scenes here. 3 of his famous pieces were of Knott End, with the "Jetty at Knott End" painted in 1957 being perhaps the most notable.
This statue of "the Matchstick Man and his dog" was funded by Preesall Town Council and made by apprentices at the WEC Group in Darwen, Lancashire and unveiled here in 2015.
Walking along the lock complex, a silence that I absorb. Just putting all my worries aside and clearing my head. It is so quiet on the water and at the horizon you can even see Vlissingen. It is clear, sunny and very warm. A time to enjoy.
Have a great new week ahead my dear friends.
Thank you so much for your visits, your warm words, your faves, but most of all your friendship at this digital highway.
Hugs, Addy and Beethoven

Le bateau WB Yeats of Irish Ferries finishes her journey from Cherbourg while for others, its just the start of their journey on a chilly morning in October towards the end of the Great South Wall, all that fresh Irish Sea air, oh la la.
WB Yeats was constructed by German shipbuilder Flensburger & delivered (albeit late ) in December 2018 & will be primarily used on the Dublin-Cherbourg route, upgrading the route from the current economy Epsilon service.
194 meters long, nearly 32 meters wide, comparable with the mighty Ulysses on the Dublin-Holyhead route but has far more cabin space given the longer crossing to France.
A total capacity of 1,885 passengers and crew, with 435 individual passenger cabins in various combinations.
A beautiful afternoon for a lovely walk and indeed it was a beautiful morning for our round of golf!

Have you ever danced in the kitchen when something tasted that good? The explanation below describes why.
At a very basic, chemical level, eating food gives a hit of dopamine, the neurotransmitter often referred to as the "chemical of reward," because it signals the anticipation of pleasure. ... So because of the release of dopamine and then endorphins, we connect eating food with feeling good.
This was the closest I got to "walking on sunshine" today ~ although it looks lovely it was very much cold!!

It's the 21st of July and it's summertime. Tomorrow is my last day in school before the summer holidays begin. But it's rainy and cold like in autumn and this morning it was even foggy. No weather to be in a good mood or to take photos without an underwater camera :).
In the afternoon the sun suddenly came into sight for a while. I wanted to use this time to take some photos of these flowers before the dark clouds would arrive again. :)
Have a wonderful week-end my lovely Flickr Friends!!!
I won't be around much, going to Germany to visit my parents.
Have a wonderful easter and enjoy your life :-)

I'm walking on sunshine, whoa!
Also, when I hear this song I can't help but think of the fan trailer of Wicker Man that turned the movie into a romantic comedy 😆
