We are back in the woodlands. This time during the, in my opinion, best season for forest photography. It is a wet and foggy day in the last autumn. The winter is standing in front of the door already. I'm able to smell it.
I had walked through m quite boring plantations of young spruce trees for more than an hour. I was almost back at the car, when I spotted this couple here. Instantly, I was amazed by them. After that, I spend 10 minutes, walking around them, seeing them from every possible angle, until I decided for this composition.
Wir sind zurück im Wald. Dieses Mal zur meiner Meinung nach besten Jahreszeit für Waldfotografie. Es ist ein nasser und nebliger Tag im Spätherbst. Der Winter steht schon vor der Tür. Ich kann ihn riechen.
Mehr als eine Stunde bin ich nun durch ziemlich langweilige junge Fichtenplantagen gewandert. Ich war schon fast zurück am Auto, als ich dieses Pärchen hier entdeckt habe. Sofort war ich von ihnen angetan. Danach habe ich 10 Minuten damit verbracht um sie herum zu wandern, sie mir aus jedem möglichen Winkel anzusehen, bevor ich mich für diese Komposition entschieden habe.
