晴海にはなんにもないので都心に戻るバスの途中、銀座で降りて夕食ついでにGinza Six屋上から夜景を撮影しました。

期待したGinza Six屋上でしたが、ネオンは意外に少なくflickrで見慣れたドバイやシンガポールから比べると華やかさに欠けるものでした。この国の現実を改めて認識しました。

I got off the bus at the Ginza on the way back to the city center of Tokyo.

And I took the night view of Ginza Six rooftop, and dinner.

I was hoping for Ginza Six.

But Ginza's neon was surprisingly small.

That picture was not gorgeous compared to Dubai and Singapore which are often seen in flickr.

I also recognized the reality of this country.

The best breakfast egg sandwich you'll ever taste - Two slices of Hillshire Farms Deli Select honey ham and a slice of American cheese melted over a lightly peppered egg patty, served on two toasted Eggo homestyle waffles.

Egg patty: Beat two eggs with 1 tsp butter in round microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high for 40-60 seconds (until liquid is gone). Flip over and microwave another 20-30 seconds. It may appear to get very large in the microwave... do not worry about that, it will shrink when the microwave stops. Admire sandwich, then eat!

Ninja Ci-Wong was a bit disappointed to learn that Chef Leonard was not at The Iron Press today. He wanted to personally thank him for his delicious lunch consisting of prosciutto & gruyere waffle sandwich and tater tots with some kickin' ketchup. It was DELICIOUS!

Probably my second favourite find of the summer. Miura waffle & milk bar on Davie is this sorta Japanese waffle bar where they serve nothing but waffles, in a variety of sweet and savoury combinations.

This particular sandwich was pretty much a Vietnamese Bánh mì on a waffle. So, awesome.

Who knew that the sweetness of waffles and the saltiness of salami and cheese could go so well together?

When you're in the desert for a week, *everything* salty tastes awesome.

I took this photo of myself when I was at Tea Story in Winnipeg. This waffle sandwich was honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten. Inside was hummus, spinach, avocado, mushrooms... I'm not sure what else.

They also have egg chairs.

Randomly drove out to Best Buy at their closing time to buy a waffle iron. Best decision ever.

This is the BEST breakfast sandwich ever. From Dunkin' Donuts, the bacon, egg and cheese on a waffle is the most delicious thing ever. It's probably extremely bad for you, but that doesn't matter. I would eat one everyday if I wasn't going to die from it.
