The boat launch on Nicola Lake looked like a waffle, and when combined with the clouds that were hanging over the lake reminded me of ice cream and waffles. However, it was also the contrast in textures that drew my attention. One with lines and a definite form, while the other was without form and color.

I'm not sure this kitty likes Waffles, but just for the title.
He was there seriously watching the waffle making inside this Waffle outlet/cafe. The door is open, but he prefers sitting by the window ledge looking in.
It's what's for breakfast. I had a late breakfast this morning. I made Pumpkin Waffles with Pumpkin Baking Chips. I put some Vegan Butter on it and then poured some Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup on top. It was so yummy!
Disappointment all round this morning as I expected to see a Black 5 on the Chester-Carlisle leg of the Great Britain XV111, instead 34067 "Tangmere" waffled its way out of Chester, even without a breath of wind the exhaust still managed to go everywhere !!!
On a cold winters day you look for comfort food. Today it was in the form of waffles. I don't have a waffle maker so I uesed store bought ones, but they still filled the bill. for the Macro Mondays challenge “Stitch” (November 21st 2016)
A tiny knitted scarf that adorns MiniPooh my small teddy bear. MiniPooh is just 5 inches tall, and the end of his scarf fits easily onto the credit card 3"x2" limit. I'm not sure it is 'waffle pattern', but the open stitching helps to trap warm air and makes for a warmer scarf!

And of course-Whipped Cream
And I ate every bite of it when I was finished!!
