The Porrirua mission with Majics.

From what I can gather this is from the Millwall Youth section of travelling bams who are part of the growing teeny "FV" scene...

A day for walking around and seeing things I had never seen before. Like this Art Deco beauty.

 

Evidentally the Chicago Auto Club was a very big deal back in the 30s, since this building was their HQ.

 

A bit of searching revealed that back in the 90s there was a plan to make this building into condos, but as of today, it's sad and empty.

 

I'd make a deal with Mr. Applegate to live there....

Jennifer (Jen's Photography) and I went into Chicago with her daughter for a visit. We went to China Town and then back up into the loop where we caught the end crowd of the St Patrick's Day Parade. I like this view of the city since it has some of the best looking architecture to shoot.

This part of the Pedway looks a little more commercial, and a lot more populated. Maybe because it's not technically underground anymore.
