This is Rahn's new mate, Curtis. Curtis (b/r 57/D) was born in 2010 on the EMS building at UW-Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Before I left they were setting up to shoot "The Wackness" on Dobbin St. IMDB doesn't have much but Google had some shots of one of the Olsen twins in it.

Now that I look at it, it has a July date so I wonder if I saw something else setting up.
