LOAD16 Naughty- dancing in the rain seems to be something on the naughty list. Did this fast...like 30 minutes...almost went to be but I just couldn't do it. 16 in 16...half way there. :)

The W Washington, D.C., a 317-room hotel located at 515 15th Street NW. Built in 1918 as the Hotel Washington, the Beaux-Arts style building was designed by Carrère and Hastings. The property was purchased by Nakheel Properties in 2006 and underwent a $100 million renovation, reopening as the W in 2009. The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1995. The building is also designated a contributing property to the Fifteenth Street Financial Historic District, listed on the NRHP in 2006, and the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site, established in 1965.
