I'm a bit of a Scrabble nut, so was most impressed when The Love In My Heart got me this mug for my birthday last month, which has the first letter of ny name and it's letter value in Scrabble.
The other side of the mug has the letter distributions of the game, handy to use therefore when playing the game if you need to know how many S's are left!
I was going for a soft background feel with the 50mm too - hope I managed it!

W4-AM Single-Chassis 20-Watt Williamson-type amplifier
This Amp was gone through by John Nau of Nau Engineering. It had been wired wrong since the late 50"s. John also replaced the cap's and added a power switch. While I do some of this work myself John is an awesome resource that I have used many times.
