New to West Yorkshire Road Car, numbered VR46, in 11/1969, the VR was another popular model with former Tilling companies for their one-man operated services. This example is seen here in Haworth, in early 04/1978, on Service 665 to Mytholmes Lane, Haworth or 'MytholmesviaHaworth' if the destination display was to be believed! The load on the truck heading in the opposite direction doesn't look very safe to me either!
The film used was a Boots Colourslide II, with a Halina 1000 camera.

C-9B Skytrain II 'City of St. Louis' was used by VR-46 'Eagles' at NAS Atlanta. It was temporarily stationed at NAS Sigonella (Italy) and flew with callsign "Navy JM 02 Z".
This same 'Skytrain II' was at Valkenburg in 1994 with tailcode RY (VR-59). These old airliners were common visitors at Valkenburg, with 10 visits (USN and USAF) in 2003.
161530 was withdrawn from use.
