Established in 1945, Northampton-based EM Rogers Limited is an excellent example of a traditional haulier that has seized market opportunities to diversify: firstly, into vehicle storage and delivery; and secondly, into worldwide commercial vehicle sales. The haulage division EMR Transport has, retained and regularly rallies a number of interesting classic commercials, including superbly presented Volvo F88 and F10s. This fictional Volvo VNL perhaps stretches the imagination a little, but looks good in the company’s attractive and distinctive colour scheme (08-Mar-20).

I photographed this stylish new 2018-2019 Volvo VNL 300 single tractor trailer in Glendale, AZ. This is the first redesign of the Volvo VN series trucks since 2004. This rig has single wide rear tires instead of dual rear wheels.
