This was supposed to be an entry for the Voltron contest on Lego Ideas, but unfortunately I missed the deadline for submission. The scene depicts an underwater temple on an alien planet where I imagine King Alfor hid the Blue Lion for 10,000 years. It is located under a waterfall flowing down from a lion-shaped mountain and guarded by all manner of giant sea creatures such as a shark, a kraken, a turtle, jellyfish, a sharktopus, and a blue sealion. Over the years, the temple has gotten overgrown with corals, algae, and other underwater plants.

Until a red boomerang piece comes out to replace the red hands this is about as close as I can get.

Enjoy :)

Now unlike my other Voltron things (as well as a figure you'll hopefully see tomorrow) these right here are completely purist. I did this mainly to waste time as well as just give me these guys (and gal) in yellow. I didn't really want to make seven more custom figures so I decided to just make them purist. I'm happy with everything except for Pidge's legs as I couldn't find any white short legs for him and didn't want to customize a pair or making as tall as the others.

I don't have enough room at home for the full-sized one, so I made my own tiny Voltron, with some more articulation than the set. ;)

Unfortunately, this one doesn't turn into five lions, but I might do a slightly bigger one in the future with Mixel joints.

Kit Number 21 locked and loaded, available now.

I made this along side Zarkon as really there could not be one without the other. Her cloak could be a tad smoother, but I like it. I might actually paint the torso the same color as the rest of the painted things as it stands out a bit IMO

So what do you think of this figure?

Also, if you haven't watched the series on Netflix, please do so! Season 2 is coming sometime so get to it so you don't have to play catch up! :D

Built for the LEGO Ideas Voltron Contest.

Voltron Star Shooter Film 110. Année 1985.

Ah Voltron the magical show that had tons of children buying toys just so they could use the catch phrase "And I'll form the HEAD!" This version belongs to my son, so its a bit beat up, but he sure has mighty feet!

The lighting on this one was kept simple, speedlight to camera left for main light, reflector on camera right to open up the shadows a bit, a gelled speedlight camera left behind the toy, and finally a speedlight to light the background.
