The ATVC marks the most recent expansion of GM’s green vehicle technology campus in Torrance, CA. The original facility first opened back in 1990 and was instrumental in the development of our coolest, most technologically-advanced (and notorious!) vehicles. We had several on display, including the EV1, Chevy Fuel Cell, Chevy Volt and the EN-V.
