Tree that thrives in sand...
It is not in Sahara, but sand is everywhere, so it is called Sandbanks... ;) Lots of plants can survive in sand, surprisingly some trees can either… Walking on the sand dune was not easy, same as wetland. Curious how huge sandbanks are formed in those area... ;))
Another new addition to my garden, a Coreopsis that provides some vibrant colour and interest to an area that looked amazing throughout June, but was looking a bit tired by July.
Another result of my recent playing around with colour (& water) - a red feather caught in my euphorbia trigona (African Milk Tree) and then sprayed with water. Red represents vitality, the life force, physical energy and strength, passion, power and courage. If you encounter a red feather, it may be a sign that you are becoming stronger, or getting your strength back after a health issue. Here's hoping.....
