Label reads: "Lindeman's Hunter River Valley Chablis. Bin: 3675. Vintage: 1969. This wine was vintaged from selected Semillon grapes grown at Lindeman's "Sunshine" vineyard in the Hunter River Valley of N.S.W. It was fermented at a low temperature and bottled soon after vintafe in order to retain the original fresh, fruity flavour of the original grapes. Bin 3675 Chablis is a very light, delicate wine with an appealing "flinty" dryness on the palate together with strong "Hunter River" character. It is a wine to be enjoyed now or cellared for many years with confidence."

Label reads:" Mitchell Sevenhill RHINE RIESLLING SPATLESE 1979 The grapes for this winewere grown in our Sevenhill Vineyard in the Clare Valley Because of the high elevation of these vineyards, 1,500ft. above sea level the grapes ripen slowly and consequently develop a complex varietal fruit flavour ideally suited for spatlese style wines. Mid April harvestinggave fruit at 12.5° Baume, 3.4 pH and 7.0 grams per litre acid. After crushing and draining the juice was chilled, cold settled and earth filtered The clean juice was then fermented over a period of 5 months at 10°C to a residual sugar level of 20 grams per litre. This slow cold fermentation has resulted in a complex wine showing intense ripe Rhine Riesling fruit flavour. Being specialist winemakers, A.J. and C.J. Mitchell only release under their own label, limited quantities of selected high quality wines showing authentic varietal fruit flavour"
