Label reads:" The Squire Vineyard ......is one of Australia's smallest vineyards, situated in a small valley under Mount View Range, near Pokolbin in the lower Hunter Valley. The vineyard of ten acres is planted to exotic varieties only: three acres Pinot Chardonnay, on acre Traminer, half an acre Merlot, half an acre Sauvignon Blanc, and several rows of Pinot Noir and Rhine Riesling. Two acres are in Reserve. The climate and soils of Mount View make soft, full-bodied wines of the white burgundy style. All wines are hand made and, to retain the greatest character, this wine has not been cold stabilised. It could show a crust whist maturing, which is harmless.
