Color and form play important roles as visual cues within this image. The warm colors, such as the reds, yellows, and pinks attract more attention than the cooler/darker browns and greens do. The main forms that appear within the photograph are lines. The stems and leaves within the painting behind the flower and the live flower create a combination of straight and curved lines within the photograph. Depth is also apparent within the image. clarity of the flowers that are close to the camera in comparison with the blurry effect that is given to the painting behind the live flowers. Depth can further be explained within the photo because of the textural gradients within the flowers. The lines that go through the petals and the shadows that are created around them enhance the depth of the photograph.
