A sidewalk area I always try to avoid since they always keep kid type things on their porches. My toddler loves to try and attack them but my 9 yr old wasn’t paying attention and took us down this path.

Research into target audience: the 'Hidden Homeless'- Squatters, sofa surfers and the DIY community.
