Because of the fogginess of my vision, pretty much I cannot see the details in the scene. I could not judge on my composition and I usually do it by instinct. When your physical eyes are not working, I rely on the mind's eyes.
This is a shot I did last week on a less foggy afternoon in the shipyard. I did not see color very well nowadays and I did it in B&W.

I had my first treatment to restore the eyesight in my left eye today. The doctors think I developed this vision problem -- optic neuritis -- as the first symptom of M.S. The bad news? Earlier in the year I hit the Disease Lottery and developed diabetes, and today's treatment sent me back to the hospital with a diabetic reaction. The good news: My sight is a little better! Yay!!!! I'll have to start taking injections of insulin for the 3-week duration of my eye treatment, but who cares? I get my sight back!
I've put up two versions of this photo to see what people think. One's a black and white, the other selective color I think they capture different moods. Thoughts?
