This “oasis of misfit toys” of visionaries and adventurers is a place of peaceful acceptance and very active green, growth mindsets. Often virtual worlds are a confused as gateway of escapism, when really these pixelated places are haven from pain, isolation, and oppression.
Among these remarkable friends and imperative organizations, fertile ideas foster participation and nourishing progress lays roots to grow outward and upward. Our virtual lush oasis is a magnet in the desert for the atypical and makers of surprising solutions with astounding comradery. Visitors to this sanctuary learn more about the Nonprofit Commons activities and membership that provides safety and support. They are welcomed to join the community or just visit to learn new skills, make friends, and advocate social good.
Nonprofit Commons connects communities for social good through education, networking, and collaboration. We are often the welcome wagon for new members in virtual worlds to provide them a sense of place and community to return to again and again.
