Here's a larger version of the candle display I found at the Henry Bertrand showroom in Chelsea Harbour. I love the symmetry and vibrant colours.
Anxiety!! Union Pacific Locomotive 7940 Is Heading Right For Me!! That's the way it looked for a while. I checked to make sure I was standing behind three posts that looked like barriers. I was.
You can see the top of one post at the bottom of the photo.
I love trains and locomotives and railroads in general. They are vital to our lives, and I just love them.
This locomotive was built By General Electric somewhere between March and September, 2012.
That's according to "Union Pacific Motive Power' website

An old cave located on a remote Caicos Island. Beautiful Caribbean sea glowing and warm sunlight bathing some remote palm trees on a deserted island.

Cropped version of a prior upload. A judge at a competition last year pointed out that I need to be more aggressive with my cropping and felt that this phot in particular was much stronger when the additional lights at the top and bottom were removed. I agree, do you?
Billy (Billbobful) inspired me to make a version of Rorschach with his excellent rendition of the comic book version.
I tried to make mine as different to Billy's as possible, so I opted for the movie version and went with fabric instead of sculpting the trench coat.
I didn't try doing anything clever with the head, I never would have thought of doing what Billy did with the thermal paint and he really deserves a pat on the back for that idea. Genius!
I also decided to make his grapple gun (mainly because I like building little weapons/gadgets ;)
Hope you like.
This is a re-scan of the first roll of Harman Phoenix that I shot. it was taken on a Nikon FM with a Nikkor 50 F1.8 and scanned with a Nikon z6iii and negative lab pro. I scanned it with my uncle when he was teaching me the process and I have subsequently brought the equipment to start scanning film myself hopefully by the end of the year
Claudia..whose version is absolutely gorgeous (see comments.) J Bird picked these acorns from our tree yesterday and I was reminded of Claudia's recent pic. I needed my weekly texture photo, so here it is. :-)
Thanks Claudia! :-)
Explored (Sept. 30th, #314) Thanks!!!!
AC/DC is a friendly and confident guy, who adapts well to other cats. He loves to rub against your ankles and may have lap cat potential. He has stunning eyes, and will be a beautiful fluff ball once his 'bad haircut' on his lower body has grown out. He found a new home 3 March 2017.
I have never watched even one episode of GoT, but the iconic throne came to mind when I saw this chipmunk on this old overturned tree stump.
Taken on the trails of the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington Ontario, and tonally tweaked in Luminar3.1.
