staring at the left-- this was altered in Photoshop, middle was altered using AI-(DDG), right is the original image + toning.

Collage done inside a ruled, soft cover Moleskine; images are scans from books I had as a child (the background is the Dendera Temple complex in Egypt, the various minerals are from the DK Eyewitness Book Crystal & Gem); quote is by Sylvia Plath.

The other scan was bothering me night and day so I had to scan one where the bottom wasn't cut off.

Here is attempt number three after more suggestions from friends. The bin lids have gone, the right bridge has had its verticals straightened, and the bird poop has been cloned out. Couldn't composite a steam train though. Sorry.

Coastal Great Horned Owl or St. Michael Horned Owl (Bubo virginianus saturatus)

Range: Occur along the Pacific coast from southeastern Alaska south to northern California. They are all-year residents (non-migratory), except for some juvenile short-distance dispersion as they seek out their own territories.

ID: A dark, dull and somewhat greyish form with heavily barred underside. Feet fairly dusky overall.

This is 30 sec exposure. We have seen similar shots in past but this is my version.

The Singapore CBD contains the core financial and commercial districts in Singapore.

Thanks to Jo for the advice and I have brought the exposure down a little and upped the vibrancy. I think it is better :) What do you think ?
