The Oslavany Power Plant is a former thermal power plant in the town of Oslavany in the Brno-venkov district. The power plant was built in 1911-1913 to burn hard coal in the southern part of the Rosice-Oslavany district. The electricity produced was supplied to Brno and its surroundings until 1993, when the power plant was closed down. The powerplant is demolished now (don't trust Google). Above the entrance of the remaining administration building still this partly damaged relief is visible.
Značně seschlá ale stejně krásná 242 247 byla zde zachycena na Os 8356 (Jihlava-město - Havlíčkův Brod) se soupravou jednoho Bds a patra v najbrtu 1 kousek za zastávkou Mírovka. :)

Vrchol Žuráně není přírodním jevem, nýbrž na přírodním návrší uměle vybudovanou mohylou z hlíny a kamení, jejíž zachovaná část a archeologické stopy jsou chráněny jako kulturní památka České republiky

Os 4907 Žďár nad Sázavou - Vranovice
Am 31. Juli 2018 bin ich nach dem morgendlichen Besuch in Čebín ein paar Kilometer weiter nach Dolní Loučky zum dortigen Viadukt gefahren. Ich habe sogar auf Anhieb den Weg über den Fluss und durchs Dorf über den Feldweg zur Fotostelle wiedergefunden. Dort traf ich einen netten tschechischen Hobbykollegen. Nach einiger Zeit zeigte sich dann auch der obige komplett in Najbrt-Design lackierte Regio, den wir beinahe verplant hätten. Beim letzten Besuch in 2016 hab ich nur eine Lok der Baureihe 242 in blau-weiß gesehen. Alle anderen gesichteten Loks waren damals noch in creme-rot lackiert. Die Personenzüge hört man dort kaum heranrollen. Vorallem wenn der Zug kurz vor der Brücke im Haltepunkt gehalten hat. Nachdem es morgens noch wolkenlos gewesen war, began es wieder um die Mittagszeit ordentlich zu quellen. Trotzdem konnte ich später noch einen Güterzug bei Volllicht ablichten. Erst am späten Nachmittag gab es dann mal wieder den unvermeidbaren Wolkenschaden. Den allerdings an einer anderen Strecke...
