Farne Isle Puffin carrying some vegetation

A little dog named Tank. He sometimes went grazing and ate leaves.

As a lifelong vegetarian, Brian was overjoyed when his local takeaway started doing vegetarian kebabs - brilliant for when he gets the munchies after a party night out with his pals.

For Macro Mondays theme 'Sharp'. The vegetables were skewered onto a cocktail stick for Brian to enjoy - his shell is just under 1 cm long.

No snails were harmed in the making of this photograph - and they greatly appreciated this kebab after the photoshoot. Asparagus and tomatoes are some of their favourites, but they also love cucumber and carrots.

I have posted photos of Fynn with his lemon grass before but he really loves it and today the lemon grass was the only reason why he went out in the garden for a few minutes despite the current heat. And it's always a good possibility to take a photo for Tongue Tuesday. HTT ! :)

"Looking close... on Friday!" #ASingleBladeOfGrass

Pas de montage ici, juste jeté un brin d'herbe sur la toile d'araignée, et il est resté coincé au delà de mes espérances.

No editing here, just threw a blade of grass on the spider web, and it got stuck beyond my expectations 😅

When you see a flash of yellow in North America at this time of year, it may well be an American Goldfinch. During breeding season, males such as this one feature a bright yellow color that complements the black head and wings with their bold white markings.

But don’t count on the Goldfinch for help controlling insects. Interestingly, according to allaboutbirds.org, these birds "are among the strictest vegetarians in the bird world, selecting an entirely vegetable diet and only inadvertently swallowing an occasional insect.”

If I were looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Chinatown, I'd be hard pressed to go with the Lucky Creation Vegetarian Restaurant. I have a picture in my mind of walking through the kitchen and seeing the chef's laundry boiling on the stove. Maybe that's how they spruce up the flavor in those vegetarian dishes--laundry broth.

My parrot sometimes eats pizza with bacon, smoke salmon on canapé, or something like that but most of the parrots feed on seeds, flowers, grass, and nectar.

Garut West Java

This time I choose vegetarian food which is contain tofu and mix salad with spicy nut sauce

Maybe it is seaweed salad before the fish entree. The mate will be pretty angry if this bird returns thinking this is dinner.

I finally got a photo of an osprey dropping in for the kill and it was after a pile of seaweed. It picked it up and flew out of sight. I assume it was nesting material.
