My curiosity won out: I lifted the case and by the weight of it, it was obvious that something was inside. I opened the case to find this odd assortment of items.

Gyuto
Translates to "Cow Sword" this is a multi purpose knife with a slight meat cutting bias. The shape is based on the classic European chef's knife. This is the knife that will do everything for you.
