For this image I made a city scene in Illustrator. First, I picked my point so it would be in perspective. Then, I made the sidewalk and buildings. Next, I added the brick, stone, and bigger bricks to the buildings. To make the windows in the first building I used the arc tool. For the lettering I used the pen tool.
