Sometimes I think of my photography as like a "musical period," like at the conclusion of a classical song.
Here we have friends playing ball with mist, a game played to the concluding note of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. The game was moving -- it was life together -- until it faded away. They reach for the ball, like the heart grasps for the dying note of a beautiful song.

Our hero watches as the fog creeps in. "It's Notus or Boreas," she thinks, brothers and gods of wind. There's not a sound as the sun goes down, muffled by the mists.
Our hero opens her fists and twists her wrists -- she lets the night expand.
The city is shrouded.

She has a rather serious look on her face.When I first took the shot I thought she was scowling at me,but no she was looking away.I think this is the first vaper I have ever photographed,had heaps of smokers though.I tried this method when I was trying to get off the dreaded weed and it was ok,better than the alternative I suppose,but the best thing of all is being rid of that nicotine kick once and for all.I have never looked back and only wish I had kicked the habit a lot sooner.

Captured while I was enjoying a coffee to get my brain into gear for some street photography.
Weather has been unnaturally dry and sunny for such a long time here in the West of Scotland now. Very few showers and very little rain and many days without a cloud in the sky. We do desperately need some rain in the UK before too long.
It seems that some people have a means to address the cloudless skies. Enjoy!

I saw double a few times in the past two days having spent a total of 2 hours reporting 4 copyright violations to Flickr for derivative work. Do people not understand that you can't copy a recognisable part of a photograph, publish it and claim it as your own work no matter how naïve the artwork may be. Time that could be better spent enjoying the photography of my Flickr friends.
I'll catch up with your photos as soon as I am able to. I have limited energy reserves today after being in Glasgow yesterday.

There are certainly far fewer 'analogue' smokers on the streets of Glasgow these days, replaced and augmented by vapers.

A crowd in the small but quite tourist village of Mura, in central Catalonia.
I first tought this smoke was coming from some kind of barbeque in the church square.But no. It's ALL made by a single guy (a###ole?) with a damned vaper!!!
