Another foggy morning in the country. The landscape sits quietly under the thin vail of mist as the sun burns through.
This is a four image Pano
Looking east at sunset, my neighborhood took on the classic desert look.
There were lots of baby birds nesting in this Saguaro cactus.

The Vail Nebula remnants of a supernova explosion that occurred as early as 5000 years ago taken from my backyard ðŸ”.
2020 is coming to a close and with that my last set of yet to be processed deep sky data captured this past Summer. Here’s to wishing everybody a fun and exciting 2021!

A UP eastbound winds along Cienega Creek near Vail, Ariz on the ex-SP Sunset Route. That CN unit is a long way from home!

Winter lighting, pretty much right on the Winter Solstice. Little piles of snow here and there. This historic mansion in Morristown NJ was built for Theodore Vail, then president of AT&T Corporation. Completed in 1918, clad in Carerra marble, it is now flanked by condos and is home to the restaurant Jockey Hollow Bar & Grill.
